This locomotive looks to be in new condition having never been ran. Despite this I did test it to ensure functionality and it runs in forwards and reverse as it should. Any tarnish on the brass is just from age and sitting in the box. Please inspect photos prior to purchase. This is part of a large HO brass collection I have recently acquired.
