ATHEARN ATHG63656 HO SDP 45 LOCOMOTIVE VMV #6690 WITH DCC AND TSUNAMI SOUND This locomotive is tested for operation and is functional on DCC. It has working sound as well. The locomotive has very little run time if any however it has been displayed. It has some dust on it, but the thing to note is there is a bit of white spray on the front. It seems to replicate that it ran through some snow, however I believe it is un-intentional and some kind of spray, it seems to brush off but I did not want to get aggressive cleaning it.
