Brass HO scale locomotive. Southern Pacific 4-6-2 P-1 class #2823 from Westside Models, manufactured in Japan. Note, this is a model of a Southern Pacific P-1 but is painted to mimic a Union Pacific P-3. It’s most likely not prototypical for UP but it’s an attractive paint scheme, nevertheless. Has an open frame motor that runs well but is a bit noisy. There’s a loose handrail on the engineer’s side of the cab (see picture). And it has sprung drivers and a Kadee coupler on the tender.
