Up for sale is a vintage prewar Lionel No. 252 electric locomotive in the desirable olive green finish. This locomotive dates to approximately 1926-1932 and features the classic center-cab design with embossed “Lionel” and “252” side panels. Condition: * Untested; selling as found. * Original olive green paint with normal scratches, scuffs, and paint wear from age. * Shows light oxidation and cosmetic wear. * Appears to be missing the headlight jewel/lens. * Wheels turn freely by hand. * Please examine all photos carefully as they are part of the description. A nice candidate for display, restoration, or operation after servicing. Ships securely packed with plenty of padding.
