The engine runs well on DC. The lighting is non-functional. The locomotive will cause sparks on occasion when braking. The pilot piece is slightly bent downward. Some trim has been re–applied with CA glue — please see the repair card for the details of the repairs. There are thick spots of dust and dirt settled into the shells. The locomotive and tender show scratches and spots of paint loss throughout various sections of the shell and chassis. This item has been inspected by our repair shop. Please see the attached picture for inspection details and additional operation information. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is included. Please check the photos for a detailed look.

This item has been graded per TCA standards (Restored/Repainted) R-3: Good based on visual appearance. This item has been custom painted and shows a few light visible brush strokes and imperfections on their surfaces. Additionally, there are some signs of paint chips visible in the gold colored paint. The blue paint also has some harder to see, but present small chips. The wheels show average run-time. This item has been inspected by our repair shop. Please see the attached picture for inspection details and additional operation information. Decals are included in the box. The original box is included along with the foam liner. This appears to be an Atlas Editions static model of the LNER Class A3 4472 Flying Scotsman steam locomotive. The model is constructed from plastic and mounted on a dark wooden plinth, featuring a nameplate that reads “LNER ‘FLYING SCOTSMAN'”. It is a non-functional collectible, not designed for use on active model railway tracks.
