1941 Pre-war era. The internal Chugger Chuffer PARTS are the valuable parts. See pictures with the tender shell removed to see the “Chugger Unit” inside the tender. I have no way to test the chugger, so sold as-is, as-pictured for parts, repair or restoration only!
