This is a new engine with failed factory gear, very common with these early 2-6-0’s. Drive gear has been replaced with NEW BRASS DRIVE GEAR. Bottom plate was broken when opened, again, not uncommon.
This is a new engine, NOS. only opened to check the gear, which has failed as always. Replaced failed drive gear with new BRASS DRIVE GEAR. It has been run tested on rollers, SEE VIDEO. Engine runs great.
