It is a partially assembled replica of the iconic grey and bloody nose locomotive with a Bo-Bo wheel configuration, made of plastic and diecast materials. Manufactured in 1991, this diesel locomotive features a working light, and has been tested. Item runs great and light functions as it should also has had upgraded knuckle couplers installed All parts are included to finish this diesel locomotive this is a nostalgic piece of history.item appears to be brand new but has minor scratches on wheels so I am discounting this item
