For sale is an out-of-production brass tender made in Japan for Northwest Shortline (NWSL). This is a model of the Norfolk & Western 9,000 gallon tender. I purchased a Cal-Scale #190-306 HO tender air brake set (standard ERA), Type “U,” and installed it on the underside of this tender. I airbrushed the tender and trucks with a flat black solvent-based paint (I think it was Floquil). I decaled the model with white “Pennsylvania,” the PRR logo, and the number 146. A added real coal and a poker. I had also installed a micro-led rear light as part of the DCC decoder I intended to use. The tender was weathered lightly.

The Northwest Short Line Class A Climax 12 Ton Vertical Boiler Locomotive is a vintage replica of a steam locomotive, perfect for model railroads and train enthusiasts. Made of brass and designed with a 0-4-4-0 wheel configuration, this model operates on a two-rail system and features an analogue control system. With a scale of 1:87 and originating from the Japan, this locomotive is a unique addition to any HO gauge collection. It comes boxed and in mint condition, making it a sought-after piece for collectors of toy and hobby trains.

The brass HOn3 narrow gauge Switch Engine Southern Pacific Railroad made in Japan is in very good condition, lightly used, no box. A brief test by touching the wheels with two wires and item gets power, but is too dry from sitting for years, needs a service. Item displays beautiful! See pictures for more details.
