Looks clean but untested Bell is loose little tricky to install not broken. On the underside there is a post with a screw that has broken will need to be reglued. Dont see any purpose of the post other than cosmetic. See pics Can also be seen in the instruction sheet. There also is a band in the bottom section of the styrofoam .Comes with instruction sheet . This came from a closed train distributor. Sold as is .Comes with original box that is crumpled on the ends.

To add analog sound and smoke add a PIKO #36221 Analog Steam Sound Kit as well as a #36142 5-Volt Smoke Unit and #36143 5-Volt Regulator. To add digital sound & smoke use a PIKO #36220 Digital Steam Sound Kit with a #36142 5-Volt Smoke Unit.
