For Sale:1 MTH 0 Scale Florida East Coast EMD F3a-b-a set Diesel-Electric Locomotive #MT-2052LP & MT-2060L; 3 rail AC upgraded to PS2, made in China. This engine has been run and has been tested prior to being listed and is in good working order. It runs well and everything works as it should. It is in its original box and is in good condition. I bought the model on 22 November 2010 and they were upgraded by The Engine House in Gaithersburg Maryland on 16 April 2011. The pictures are of the set for sale and part of the description. They still have their original box and packing. A note about these models:1. They are fully upgraded to PS-2 and fitted with BCR so they will never need a battery.2. They have different running numbers from the new issue of MTH F3’s by Miami Trains, so if you want both the numbers are different.3. They have marker lights fitted for looks but they do not light up because their chassis predate that option. 4. Their skirts have been painted black as well as their pilots to match the prototypes.5. FEC operated their F3’s in a-b-a sets so no second “B” unit is need.6. Why pay over $1100 when you cave these hundreds less?!?!They continued their careers until replace by newer units in the 1970’s. I am thinning out my extensive 0, H0 and H0n3 train collection so please “stay tuned” as other goodies will be listed from my collection in the coming weeks.
