This is a 3D printed motor mount for GP38 loco or maybe more ( check out the chassis). NO modifications to the chassis needed. I have tested this for GP38 only. I don’t have any other GP series locos to test it for.

I have designed this motor mount for RTR and blue box locomotives with regular motor to be replaced with a better and more efficient genesis motor. So, instead of replacing the motors with a regular motor, I decided to design this motor mount to fit in a genesis motor in the locos.
The motor mount is to install a Kato motor on an Athearn chassis. I have designed and 3D printed all the parts myself from scratch. I have made the right drive shafts for them too. My drive shaft fits tighter than the Athearn one.
