2 Sprung Pantographs. Overall, this engine looks in very good shape finished in PRR Green,one step is missing. No coupers installed, hard to see any wear lines on the wheels. The Pantographs have nice insulators and lock down latches, use the latch and don’t force it, all very fragile.
