The Intermountain N Scale SD45-2 Pan Am Railway #617 locomotive is a ready-to-go pre-built model with DCC sound, perfect for model railroad enthusiasts. This highly detailed locomotive features a 1:160 scale model of the Pan Am Railway #617, making it a great addition to any N gauge railroad layout. This locomotive was purchased new and test run back and forth a couple times. Runs smooth and the sound quality is very good. I did notice that when the sounds is on and locomotive is running, a dirty section of track will make the sound cut out. Otherwise, this unit is like new.
