This locomotive was sent to Weaver to have TMCC installed. I did also replace the speaker in an effort to improve the sound and it is marginally better than factory. Only 5 pins are currently being used in the 8-pin tether, however the remaining 3 wires are in the connector if you choose to upgrade the engine with a different command system.
