Both front and rear pilots and the horn are missing. Bench tested and ran well with working horn.

Here is a Bachmann 86059 N… This item has been graded per TCA standards C-8: Like New. This item appears to have been run sparingly, and displays overall signs of very light previous use. The original paint is in great shape, and the rest of the unit displays a like-new overall finish. The rail bars are slightly bent. The wheels show slight wear and run-time. The locomotive did not work when the DC/DCC jumper was in the DCC slot. It runs fine on DC. I believe the decoder is fried.
