Is a aristo craft gp40 this particular unit started out life as a custom painted Burlington Northern unit as the BNS were not factory paint from aristocraft. They were an exclusive from RLD hobbies, so my understanding is that these don’t pop up too often.

Custom painted & numbered to match B&O #7896. Imported from Japan in 1970. Tested on 6/17/26 and found her to not run in either direction. Power was received but we believe the motor to be seized from sitting so long unrun.

Has the old large wheel flanges. Price is a guess, this is a tender you almost never see sold alone.
