This is a pre-owned LIFE-LIKE brand “tea kettle” locomotive. I am new to the model train world, so I am not sure that it functions. The exterior will sit on the base, but it does not stay fastened, so I am not sure if that is something that can be repaired. This will be a gem for one who can handle the needed repairs.
