This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. There are light nicks and scratches on the surface of the shell and chassis. There are a few trim pieces broken off but can be reattached as they are still attached to one side. One of the exhaust pieces has broken off as the roof hatch is broken but the piece comes included for reattachment. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. The item was tested and ran but it didn’t make any sounds. The instruction manual is included.
