These items have been graded per TCA standards (Restored/Repainted) R-2: Fair based on visual appearance. This item has been inspected by our repair shop. The tender is a custom made plastic shell placed over an MTH chassis with some small brass detail pieces. The tender has been custom painted and decorated. The engine has a DCRU with a whistle sound board installed. The previous owner has switched out the original trailing trucks to make a 4-8-2 wheel arrangement.
