Atlas Big “O”GP-35 Diesel Locomotive Low Nose, New York Central #6131. (3 Rail) with Lionel Rail Sounds/TMCC. Listed as used because I do not know if it is new or used. I tried removing the loco from it’s enclosure, but it is tightly secured in place, and wound up breaking a very small piece.
