Here is the fantastic Lionel 6-28029… This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. The tender’s lights and sounds function poorly at lower voltages. There is visible paint bubbling in various locations on both the locomotive and tender with a very noticeable section being present on the pilot platform of the locomotive. There is a noticeable section of cracking paint on the end of main fixed wheelset on the tender near the front moveable truck. There are surface level scratches on the piston arms on both sides of the engine. There are small pieces of chipped paint missing in various sections of the lower half of the engine. The wheels and rolling pickups show signs of average use. This item has been out on display previously and its overall appearance could.
