The original DCC decoder has been swapped for a 21-pin type. Custom sounds have been installed (paperwork included). This item is tested and found to be a good runner in both directions. The start-up/slow-down speeds have been elongated, and it takes a good 10-20 seconds for the engine to get up to speed.
