This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. There are light nicks and scratches on the surface of the shell and chassis. There are a few signs of the previous owner touching up the paint on the locomotive. The shell is slightly loose on the backside of the locomotive. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. The locomotive was tested and ran but the illumination didn’t function. The instruction manual is included.
