This is a large well engineered live steam locomotive chassis most likely made before 1900. It is 3.5” gauge with a 2-4-0 wheel arrangement and is 18” long. It has fixed cylinders and a working reversing mechanism operated by the level near the rear of the locomotive. In great condition. Everything moves as it should and just needs a boiler, or leave it as is for a really cool mechanical display piece.
