It is as pictured. It was tested. It runs and lights up nice. Case has some scratching. No horns
This is a ready-to-run, KATO N-scale, #176-171 Santa Fe (AT&SF) GE U30C diesel engine numbered 7507. This engine appears to be MINT and un-run (except for my bench testing). Upon close examination, I could not find any issues with this engine what-so-ever.
