You are looking at an Atlas Gold HO #10-004-724 Southern Pacific GE B30-7, engine #7863. It is painted gray with white lettering. This engine has an ESU DCC/Sound decoder installed. We specialize in HO and N scales, and are very knowledgeable about model trains in general.
