This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. The previous owner of this unit has swapped out the original tender with the WP&YR tender. The headlamp on the tender is loose. The top hatch on the tender is broken, but included. There are light paint chips on some of the edges of the walkways and in the wheel assemblies. The front piece on the locomotive that has the headlamp, is broken and stuck open. There is dust buildup on these units. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. Included are two figures, smoke fluid, and a small bag of screws from the previous owner.
