GP38 custom painted and detailed to model one of the GP38-2 rebuilds NS did circa 2001-2003. The rebuilt units retained their GP38 carbodies, but were given new cabs and a low nose. Added details include horn, sinclair antennas, ditch lights (non-working), and air conditioner.
