You will get the two items described below: Water Tower is lightly used condition---would say excellent. There is no original box. Rotating Beacon---The tower itself is in excellent condition. I did check the electric with a test bulb and light works. Note---I will leave the bulb in but it is not the proper bulb. The bulb is supposed to have a dimple on the top so as to be able to rotate the light weight beacon---that turns due to the heat that comes off of the bulb. You will need both the bulb and the rotating beacon. Both should be available. .
