This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. The locomotive has a gearing issue in one of the trucks that will occasionally cause the motor to not catch. The previous owner has added custom speakers that have been taken out to remove a constant buzzing produced during operation. Some sections of the tender's roof railing are bent and partially detached. These items show some scratches and spots of paint loss on the shell and chassis.
