This is the Tuscan red version. Paint in excellent condition. Horn & couplers work. When power is turned on light comes on but Loco won't move. Does not run with reverse switch in on or off position. Pantographs go up and down. I see scratches on frame so it's been run a few times. Comes with instructions, rubber tires and 2 nuts from a hardware store. Fix reverse unit and have a good operating Loco or use for static display. USPS Ground is FREE (includes insurance). See my other items for more trains.
