This item has been graded per TCA standards (Restored/Repainted) R-2: Fair based on visual appearance. The paint texture on the tender is very crude with large spots of globs and bubbling visible. The tender's paint texture also shows rashes as well. The tender shows some spots of oil stains on the shell. The locomotive is missing the bell piece. The locomotive and tender show scratches and spots of paint loss throughout various sections of the shell and chassis. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is not included.
