The locomotive's headlamp piece is broken and bent upward. The locomotive shows a large build-up of smoke residue in the smoke stack. The locomotive and tender show scratches and spots of paint loss throughout various sections of the shell and chassis. The locomotive and tender show rust throughout various sections of the chassis and trucks. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is not included.
