This item has been graded per TCA standards (Restored/Repainted) R-3: Good based on visual appearance. This locomotive was repainted and redecorated by a previous owner. The decals exhibit several air bubbles and wrinkles along their edges. There is noticeable grease buildup on the underside of the locomotive. One marker light is damaged, and four insulators are missing This item has spots of rust on the pantographs, and reverse unit switch. There are nicks and scratches on the surface of the shell and chassis. The wheels show average run-time. The original box is not included. The instruction manual is not included.
