This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. The steps on the front platform are loose and misaligned. This locomotive shows scratches and paint loss throughout various sections of the shell and chassis. Some dirt stains have settle into the shell and appear to show that this locomotive has spent time being run outside. This item has been out on display previously and its overall appearance could be significantly improved with a thorough dusting or a light wipe down. The instruction manual is not included.
