This item shows rust on the chassis, body, and wheel sets. This item is missing a headlight, and the remaining one is bent and the cord is frayed. The rails on this item are bent. Part of this items shell/chassis is bent out of shape. The lettering on this item is partially faded. This item did not run when tested so its being sold as is. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is not included. Please.
