Engine appears to be in good condition. Track tested and runs well. Using a digitrax system, throttle needs to be at 9 or 11 to make it move. It does move very slow and smoothly on low numbers. Engine itself does have a nice speed and sound. The handrailings all appear to be there, but they need to be applied with glue.
