This locomotive is in very good cosmetic condition. That being said, when I tested it, it made a whirring noise but would not move in either direction. It’s a shame as I believe the paint job on this locomotive is custom and is very well done with weathering added. My hopes are someone can take this in on a bargain and get it up and running again.
