This item has been graded per TCA standards C-5: Good based on visual appearance. A few red scuff marks are present on the top of the item and cab roof. Heavy dust has collected due to storage. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. The smoke stack is missing. Some of the railings are detached or broken. When tested, this item does recieve power, however it cannot function at all due to a missing piece of the center shaft that is not included. It will need to be fixed for this item to be fully functional. This item is being sold AS-IS. The original box is not included. The instruction manual is not included.
