For Sale is an Athearn Genesis Grand Trunk GP38-2 #5816 DC/DCC Ready. Unit is from the 2015ish run and is over 10 years old. With that being said it does need some TLC Tested with a 9v battery on the wheels and nothing happened forward or reverse, however when I Tested the board and the motor leads the motor did spin, wheels moved and lights came on. I am not sure what the issue is other than speculation on it needing cleaned. I no longer have the time nor the space to model HO scale. If you have any questions please ask, I do combine shipping on multiple purchases. no broken or missing pieces and the unit has been prepped for weathering with Tamiya TS-80 dull coat, windows taped up to avoid spraying and clouding windows
