The Athearn F7B HO Diet Coke Super Powered Hex drive C7 is a model diesel locomotive that box sets states made in China. While looking at other units, it appears that that early run RTR sets still used USA made cast frames and drive trains used in end of era blue box kits. Hex drive has fewer rotating parts that helps with smoother starts and stops. Please look at the photos. It features a unique corporate road name of Diet Coke, adding a fun and pop of color to model railroads. With its HO gauge size, this locomotive is a great addition for collectors and hobbyists looking to add a quirky and whimsical touch to their train layouts. Unit does not come with a box.
