This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. Signs of nicks and scratches on the wheels and surface from previous use. The wheels show signs of heavy run time with tarnish and light rust. This locomotive did not run when tested on the track. One of the trucks is missing on this locomotive. This item has been out on display previously and its overall appearance could be significantly improved with a thorough dusting or a light wipe down. The original box is not included. The instruction manual is not included. Please see my pictures for additional features. Overall condition is Very Good. SOLD AS-IS. It is either untested or was confirmed as non-functional.
